Description:

Join us for our upcoming Journal Club focused on "Exploring the Application of the Caritas Coach Role in Nursing Practice." Join us for a discussion of a hermeneutic phenomenological study that explores the lived experiences of graduates from the Watson Caring Science Institute Caritas Coach Education Program. This study contributes insights into how caring science shaped the role of Caritas coaches, the personal and professional impact of this role, and its influence on the quality of nursing care. Key themes include finding one's voice, living with purpose, and the need for change in healthcare. Feel free to forward your questions to Dr. Roberta Christopher at rchrist6@ju.edu ahead of the session to share with our presenter.
